The company
At Community Links Support LTD, we have provided care and support services to people in Derby for over 10 years. We provide these services in people’s homes, in our supported living houses, and in our Day Centre which is located in Derby city centre.

We are currently in an exciting time of growth and are looking to fill a number of positions to maintain and grow our current business services (please keep a look out for additional roles in our supported living services).
The role
We are looking to hire a number of candidates to fill each of the following roles:
Contract type: Permanent.
Location: Derby
Pay: A starting salary of £10.50 per hour, after the probation period.
Shift options: Part-time or full-time, any time between 8am and 6pm, Monday – Friday | Full-time on a 7-hour shift, 9am to 4pm, Monday – Friday.
Please note that full-time hours are 35 hours a week for our Day Service and normally occurs during the daytime from 9am-4pm.
What will you do?
Our Support Workers focus on supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, as well as children in our short-breaks service.
Support work can be a varied job, it involves some aspects of personal care as well as opportunities to support our customers to engage in varied and sometimes exciting activities. Some examples of the activities that our customers like to do are going for a walk, gardening in our allotment, going to the pub or a café, going swimming…the list is endless.
